Trying to play cnn live stream in vlc

I'm trying to play this stream in VLC. I've tried to view the source, can't find the feed. I used replay media catcher to find the streaming file and it's a m3u8. I just want to be able to stream CNN news without having to open a browser all the time. The stream can be located here

I would like to play either one of the streams in VLC, could someone help me out here? The m3u8 file I found only plays for a short period of time.
