Help with stream

Hellow.

Can someone plese tell me if it is possible to get a file out of this?

I have used an android emulator to get the file. If i use a browser it looks like this.

php AdobeHDS.php --manifest "http://hbonordic-production-vod.hds.adaptive.level3.net/stream/1f10ced-007bf65b682/HBON-AANMY-000-PGM-01-01-2500-HD-169-SR-1920x1080-50-5923378.zip/HBON-AANMY-000-PGM-01-01-2500-HD-169-SR-1920x1080-50-5923378.f4m" --delete
