How to restream live feed from web site?

Hi,

I am new to streaming and tried to find how to restream live feed from web site but did get it sorted.

I like to restream live feeds from http://www.livepdc.tv by capturing the stream window and restream it. Can any one give me a starting point?

How can I insert a logo?

How can advertise my stream on eg http://www.gofeed2all.eu http://www.hahasport.com/ http://livetv.sx/en/ etc?

By the way I have 10mbps down / 1 mbps up. E7400/2GB/128MB NVIDIA 7300 and windows XP.
