Can't seem to download large FMTP Streams (3dBuzz)

I can capture smaller streams but the longer 1+ hour streams just give me "no data received" or "Cannot download" on every downloader I have tried. The shorter videos download just fine.

GetFLV (My favorite) ( 9.6.5.3)
Replay Media Catcher 5
WM Recorder (14 & 15)
StreamTransport
TubeDigger

Suggestions?
