Download YT replay of livestream

I'm having some trouble downloading this video.

Every time I try to download the video, it stops in the beginning around 5% and it won't download anything anymore.

I can't seem to find an m3u8 link.

The link above is the one I tried, but it won't download all the way through. I can't use youtube-dl because the video is geoblocked . (I used zenmate). Is there another method to bypass this?
