Best Settings For Bluray Burn?

Hello,

I am totally new to burning Bluray discs.

I have a video that I filmed with the following characteristics:

Video: 00:01:14.575, 59.940 fps progressive, 1920x1080x12, AVC
Audio: 00:01:14.575, 48,000 Hz, Stereo, Dolby AC-3

I am using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 HD. This program gives a number of templates and I would like to know which would be best. Clearly, I need 1920x1080.

However, the program also talks about 10 or 16 Mbps videostream and 24i, 50i, 60i. What do all these mean and which would be best for the settings of the video that I have in this case?

Also, is there some kind of tutorial or article somewhere that explains the settings and which are best for what?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Asoka
