How to continuously capture and stream directly to my server.

Hello,

I am trying to rip a paid live stream channel and upload directly to a server and rebroadcasting it. I want to have a DVR like setup but save to my server and using CDN service and rebroadcast to my website. If your an expert can you email me. I will pay if you can help me.
