Need to download video behind login screen

Hello

There is a video on a website that only members can access. I am a member right now, but in a few days, my membership will expire and I want to save this video on my hard drive.
when I go to the video and check page source, it says the video is located at rtmp://blah blah / blah.mp4

Is this good news or bad news?
can I do it with rtmpdump? I have tried it but I am having a lot of trouble with it.

What is the least painful way of downloading the video?
