command use:

rtmpdump.exe -r rtmpt://113.161.95.14:1935/evod/mp4:Phim Le/Casino.Royale.2006.mp4 --quiet | "C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -

I can't get the video to play on vlc
