How to save the video from icourses.cn

This is the page where is the video http://www.icourses.cn/jpk/viewChara...ctionId =9474, I have tried to save the video from the above page, but failed.
I notice that the video url is http://www.icourses.cn/jpk/getResPla...ion?uuid=53190, then you will get a combined url like this http://media1.icourses.cn:8080/proce...30c27-0050.flv, but the webserver returns a 403 error for me.
As I use the software webvideocap, it can only save size of 15MB videos, and then it will not continue.
So, will any guys tell me a better way to solve this problem and save the video?
