Anyone know how to get this new stream format?

Anyone know how to get this new stream format?

2 sites with these sample links are using a new stream format
for which none of the sniffing tools yield rtmp link information.

http://hqstream.tv/player.php?stream...600&height=450
and
http://leton.tv/player.php?streampage=htr3ryh

The page sources provide:

<script language='javascript'> var a = 292;var b = 370;var c = 58;var d = 132;var f = 2;
var v_part = '/hqstream/eeeurrro0sporrttttttt1/playlist.m3u8?keys=Qj4P_QpKPIIFt6SdjnuYbw&keyt=137 4013699';
</script>
and
<script language='javascript'> var a = 4293;var b = 6831;var c = 3861;var d = 1647;var f = 27;
var v_part = '/pull/htr3ryh/playlist.m3u8?keys=9zCUI01F7456OLlqEyjRIg&keyt=137 4013770';
</script>

but both

http://hqstream.tv/hqstream/eeeurrro...t=137 4013699
and
http://leton.tv/pull/htr3ryh/playlis...t=137 4013770

yield 404's.

So using snooper to get the uris and downloading:

http://46.165.196.149/hqstream/eeeur...t=137 4013699
and
http://159.253.143.61/pull/htr3ryh/p...t=137 4013770

yields:
#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-VERSION:3
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=551872,CODECS="avc1.66.31, mp4a.40.34",RESOLUTION=600x364
chunklist.m3u8

and
#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-VERSION:3
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=553144,CODECS="avc1.66.31, mp4a.40.34",RESOLUTION=700x442
chunklist.m3u8

So what are they using and how do I get the stream links that will play with VLC or ffplay?
