Question About Requiem 4.1 DRM Removal

Hi, guys. Does anyone know if it's possible to use Requiem 4.1 to remove DRM from iTunes files without having iTunes installed on your computer? For many complicated reasons, I cannot actually install iTunes itself onto my computer.

But I have an iTunes TV episode that I need to remove the DRM from, and when I try to, I get an error message saying: "Decryption Failed: Can iTunes Play This File?" Is it just telling me that I need to have iTunes installed in order to decrypt the file? Please let me know what I should do. Thanks.
