Streaming audio recorders: Record BBC radio to iTunes compatible format

could someone please recommend a good streaming audio recorder that is compatable with i-tunes? i want to record streaming audio and then convert to mp3 or mp4 so I can download to my iopod. I do not want something that automatically separates songs, what i want to record is 2 hr music programs
