How to record rtmp streaming flv video from embedded player from tsn.ca (edgefcs.net)

The video is embedded on the page, but i've tried everything that i know of and all i could get are these huge rtpm links that don't seem to have any use.

Anyone who could help get this (or any video from that site) i will greatly appreciate it.
