live webcast interviews: set up 2 mics and video camera for live webcast and archive

We made our first attempt at conducting a series of live webcast interviews. However, we used a USB mich to capture the audio... and a standard video camera to capture the video. That worked great for the live webcast... but the recorded version used the video camera's michrophone which picked up tons of ambient noise and background voices. So my thought for next year is to use some sort of 2-channel mich system that feeds directly into the video camera... and then use the video camera sound for the live webcast as well as the recorded archive of the video. Even better would be some sort of wireless setup.

Any reccomendations?

Thanks in advance!

Mike
