Expert help needed.... help

I have been trying to capture this for the past two days.

the URL:

I have used the HDS Link detector to get this:

However, it does not work. gives an error.

I have then read somewhere (which i cant seem to find it now) where it says you could perhaps use this to generate some m3u8 link for ffmpeg?

anyone shed some light on this ? is this possible ?
