BlogTV.com: Problem playing .@@@ file after recording rtmp stream with FLV Recorder

I have been trying to download some rtmp streaming video with FLV Recorder (Replay Media Catcher won't work at this site). It seems to download fine, ie. records the right amount of time, and the file size is appropriate. But when I go to play it back, it will not play because it has saved with a file extension of .@@@. Info on that extension seems sketchy. Does anyone know if that can be converted to flv? or anything playable? or what the heck .@@@ even means!
