cant download from sites with advertisements

cant download from sites with advertisements

ive been trying to download videos from websites such as this one

http://www.nick.com/videos/clip/hous...l-episode.html

but everytime i try i get a 3 second commercial rather than the actual video. apparently you can record videos as they are playing but i cant figure out how to do that or if its even possible.

PLEASE HELP
