Desperately Need Help With RTMPDump!

Hi, guys. Can anyone please give me a step-by-step tutorial of how to use RTMPDump to find the URL for a video file, based on the video's embedded flash URL, so that I can download the video? For example, I want to find the source URL for this RTMPE video: http://media.mtvnservices.com/embed/...ck.com:1209875
So is there anyone who can teach me how to do it? Remember, I know absolutely nothing about RTMPDump, so please make your instructions as simple, easy to follow, and thorough as possible. Thanks in advance for your help!
