Simple tv

Can anyone help to make this stream for simple tv :

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://212.7.194.21/vod/" -a "vod/?doPublish=12345" -f "WIN 11,6,602,108" -W "http://player.longtailvideo.com/player.swf" -p "http://www.rtvbox.com/xmusic.php" -y "rttv swf" | "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -

it was working before with this :
rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=rtmp://212.7.194.21/vod?/rttv%20swf swfUrl=http://player.longtailvideo.com/player.swf pageUrl=http://rtvbox.com/xmusic.php

then it is added ?doPublish=12345 and i cannot make it to work for simple tv
i would be grateful for any help thanks.
