Mac software like ReplayMusic

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I have searched pretty thoroughly through the forum and have not found an answer that specifically answers my question...

I need Mac software like Replay Music. I am looking for an OS X application which has the following functionality:

• records streaming audio (from Napster, specifically, not just certain internet radio stations)
• splits files automatically
• tags files automatically (using ID3 information)
• saves files automatically in mp3 format

If anyone out there can help me I'd really, really appreciate it!!
