RTMP_ReadPacket--failed to read RTMP packet header

ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header --- I'm getting this error
while downloading a video from my ISP site.
I got the below RTMP code from RTMPEXPLORER...plzz help
