how to download/record high bitrate rtmp live stream without problem

i download the rtmp stream but the down speed only 150kb/s, i know >=350kb/s can play fluently, so the video i downloaded was lost many frames, i used many vpns but the same speed lol
who can help me

btw, my broadband maximum download speed is 600kb/s
