Problems with playing Flash video files with .enc extensions downloaded from Veoh.com

I've downloaded from the web through Veoh some flash video files which have .enc extension files that have the same names. I searched on the web only to find that .enc extension files mean they're compressed and have something to do with copyright protection. My VLC player can play flash video files (normal ones without .enc extension files), but not these files... I wonder if there's a way to play the files?
