mirakagi error: Exception c0000005 caught during file Indiv01.key(IBX 11.0.6000.7000)

OK. so I'm not gonna pretend i'm not new at all this. I have a Zune program I use and want to strip some of my files. All-in-all I've spent hours trying to find a reponse to this problem, however simple it is. I've followed all the instructions attached with FU4WM and I've downloaded mirakagi which I don't think is working correctly either. I have stopped both the Zune and WMP services in
(2. At the 'Open:' prompt, type "services.msc" and click "OK"

3. Scroll down until you see the "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service" and double click on it

4. At the bottom, click "Stop"

5. Change the 'Startup type:' to "Disabled", then click "Apply", then "OK")

and have done everything else. Now the feedback i get from mirakagi is:

Mirakagi starts, code version 0.9
Found 0 keys in keyring.
-----------------
Processing "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM\cache\Indiv01.key"
Version: 11.0.6000.7000 ...
XML - Cert: 84 bytes, Key Storage: 1392 bytes.
DLL 1000/aa25a @ ac01000 && ac000/1d8c1 @ acac000
Exception c0000005 caught during file "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM\cache\Indiv01.key".
It is finished.

Also when i try to run the latest version of fairuse i click start in 'recover keys' and get "Extraction in progress on "Indiv01.key" 11.0.6000.7000 -- Please wait." and then windows shuts it down "...has encountered a problem and needs to close."

i'm frickin clueless and i know i'm not completely computer illiterate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
