GetASFstream problem - constant restart

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forum, so bear with me if this is not posted correctly, or if any of this is bad form. Please correct me!

I got a problem with downloading web stream video from NRK (Norwegian broadcasting company). Some videos are downloaded with no problem, whereas other keep restarting from 0 minutes 0 seconds.

Im not sure if this explains my problem well, but it's the best I can do

The exact URL i'm trying to download is this:
