Need Help finding way to Record X-Box Gameplay

I have been trying many different ways to record my xbox 360 gameplay off of my tv. ideally i want to be able to play my xbox on my little 26 inch monitor and have my computer hooked up to the same monitor and record my gameplay in HD. im not sure if this is possible with the things i have, if not please tell me a way or the ways(if there are multiple) that would work with the things i have. thanks in advance; i have no idea what im doing
-HP Computer monitor(Hdmi input on back)
-Toshiba TV
-26 inch Vizio
-7 channel Sony anmplifier (3 hdmi out, 1 hdmi in, component cable in/out)
-7 hdmi cords of varying lengths
-vga to hdmi converter
-10 (component cables)
-sony dvd/vcr (regular redwhiteyellow cable in/out)
