Hello everyone,
This is my first post to the forum and I'm hoping I can get some advice from some of the pros around here.
I've been using
Jaksta happily enough to grab videos from YouTube mostly, but I've run into a problem since I started using an SSL VPN service to get access certain sites that are restricted by geographic location.
I use the VPN to access sites like Hulu in the US and BBC iPlayer in the UK.
Unfortunately Jaksta can't seem to "listen" to any of these streaming video streams when I'm connected to the VPN. I know some of the reasons why this might be the case, but I'm not sure of a potential fix.
Can anyone give some advice about how I might be able to rip these streams while connected to the VPN?
I'm using a Mac, so are there any other suggestions for a better solution if Jaksta can't do this?
Thanks in advance for the advice.
Regards,
Cog
