help need for an amateur

Hi there,

So my question is:
There is a site streaming daily lessons (3 hours every day).

My wish is to translate these lessons in REAL time to another language (to Hungarian). In a way, that the translaters (3 of us) are NOT the same place. all of us in his home next to his PC. So it's not just one person that translate the lessons!

These days, in the meanwhile, we use gotomeeting, BUT only those can hear (and watch in fact) the lessons that joined the gotomeeting.


Our intention is that for example,
* I sit next to my PC watching and listening to the original stream
* I translate the stream into Hungarian using a microphone
* and someone outsider - no matter where he/she is int world - can enter my site and there he can watch the translated stream (that comes up from the origonal video [with lowered original sound] and the translater voice - all in one stream), that is, for the guest watcher my stream is the "original".
* as well as we want that these translated lessons will be recorded. Both there audio and audio version.
* and VERY IMPORTANT, desirable that the recording AND the broadcasting will require simple actions.
The best if it is possible to schedule the recording and broadcasting time, since it's the same time every day. Because it's very difficult to translate and to deal with technical thing in the same time, parallel.
