Recording archived music from web radio (Windows Media, .ASX, .WMA)

In response to reply of my question of "Recording via Dialup:

For example go to :
//minnesotaorchestraradio.publicradio.org/listening
Click on "Orchestra on Demand"

I would like to find a free, if possible means of downloading this so I could listen at my leisure.
