How to record videos from Dish Network on Windows XP MCE? Copy HB0 off D!sh Net?

I used to be able to copy HB0 CM@x shows (that I pay for) and burn them to DVD but I can not even copy them now using Win MCE. Message says copy protected. Any work around?
