Fix downloaded RTMP stream

Hi;
I have recorded several RTMP streams with HiDownload program , but I am having a problem with them.
some of them play up to some point , then the timers stops and a few seconds of which was just played once before is played again and then it continues to play properly and timer starts.
I believe RTMP server has re-transmitted some of data and HiDownload has blindly dumped everything it has received in the flv file. so some very short parts are being repeated in video.
is there any method to fix such corrupted videos ?
