Can't Remove DRM from ACSM GoogleBook

I'm using Calibre 0.8.30 on Windows 7. I've installed ineptepub_v01.7_plugin into Calibre following the read me file.

1) I'm not sure this is the right tool for removing ACSM. Calibre doesn't even recognize my file when i try to load it. I have to select ALL FILES.

2) The read me file says: "This plugin is meant to decrypt Adobe Digital Edition Epubs that are protected with Adobe's Adept encryption. It is meant to function without having to install any dependencies... other than having Calibre installed, of course. It will still work if you have Python and PyCrypto already installed, but they aren't necessary."

It doesn't give the extension so I don't know if ACSM is the same thing.

3) The only thing i have down loaded on my computer is Reader for PC. I can read the book but that is it. I have K4PC and Calibre version above. So if i need to download anything else, its not installed.

Thanks! Please let me know what tool i need to use.
