Does USB-video converters work for live streaming

Hi!

My camera has no live digitital feed out (well it has hdmi-out but my PC has no hdmi in). It has analog RCA (red-white-yellow) and composite? (red-white-red-green-blue) out.

So if I want to broadcast live with the camera I need to convert the analog signal to digital.
So my question is: is there converters that will fix this and which ones work?

I´ve seen some nifty USB-devices that seems to convert analog to digital signal mainly for recording VHS-tapes. Like this one:
http://www.ezcap.tv/

Can I use one of theese to broadcast live too?

Thank´s for any help with this!
