Want to find a nice user-friendly way of capturing and downloading RTMPE streams

I'm a newbe to all of this.

I simply want to find a nice user-friendly way of capturing and downloading RTMPE streams. I've come across RTMPdump with RTMPexplorer and rtmpsrv but can't get them to work.
