Need help with a .mov stream (RTSP)

Hi, I'm having trouble saving a .mov stream. I keep getting 'invalid url' with Mov Recorder and with HiDownload , it seems to download 1mb sometimes and 3mb sometimes and the video doesnt play properly.

Here's the stream:
