How to record/capture/download video from Sling Media Slingbox PRO-HD, SOLO, Classic?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to I record, capture, download video with sound from Sling Media Slingbox PRO-HD, Slingbox SOLO or at least Slingbox Classic.

I desperately need a PVR/DVR like software or hardware for recording TV Shows. Is something like that exists at all? Anything? Please help a.s.a.p.
