No Stereo Mix on Toshiba laptop: help with realtek sound card

I have a Toshiba laptop with a realtek soundcard that does not have srereo mix or what you hear on it. If I play a song in a chat room thhey can not hear it. I want to be able to sing Karaoke in chat rooms, so for me to do this I must have stereo mix or what you hear, any advise? thank you
