BBC Radio to CD (Ripping Real Audio stream and burning to Audio CD)

I want to rip BBC radio programs off the Radio 4 website and make audi CDs of them that will play in my car (I have a long commute). I would want to do it from the links that point at previously broadcast programs rather than the live feed. Has anybody done this or do they have advice on how to do it?
I downloaded a free Real Audio ripper from somewhere but got nowhere with it. I do not mind paying a little for a tool that works.
