PPStream audio help: Disoriented sound on Chinese programs, good sound on English ones

Hello,

I use ppstream to watch chinese films and tv programmes. I've been using a VGA cable so that I can watch these on my TV, i;ve not had a problem with this until recently.
When I watch the videos on ppstream on my pc its fine (audiolly and visually) however when I drag it over so its on my TV, the sound becomes disorientated. The audio is almost doubled over so you hear everything twice in quick succession. I've changed my VGA cable and it hasn't cleared the problem.
Also this problem only occurs when I watch chinese films/tv programmes. When I watch english programmes or films the audio is fine when it's on my TV.

Does anyone have any solutions? Could it be some sort of coding on something on just chinese programmes? Is anyone else having this problem. HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP xxx
