How to record videos from Hulu, Netflix to DVD with ease using screencasting software

I've read the DVD specs, but I have problems recording DVD compatible videos with Replay Video Capture. I just can't find out how to make the recording region to be compatible with DVD-Video resolution. Any help is appreciated.

p.s. I record movies and TV episodes from Hulu and Netflix
