stream (send the images) from multiple cctv cameras to the internet individually

Hay there, I'm new here.

I've already set up an IP camera before and that has been a great success

However, I've promised everyone some fish cameras and I've not found any reasonable underwater IP cameras. So I've got a couple underwater cctv cameras that I've added additional sealing to so that I won't contaminate my fish water with the brass from the housings.

But, I'm having difficulty getting the image up to the internet the way I wish. I've tried the security DVR but that requires a sign in with internet explorer and that is not what I want for this. I want to send the images from multiple cctv cameras to the internet individually.

Now after messing with the DVR and finding that it just didn't want to play with me, I've ordered a couple of those 4 channel usb dvr EasyCap devices.

Help, who has experience with these? How do I even get an image from the camera onto the computer, all I've managed so far is a black screen? Sigh, the instructions that come with it read like they are for a wireless device so I'm wondering if they made a snafu in packaging the software with the device as well?

The camera's work. I've plugged them into the TV and get picture just fine and they have a separate power supply of their own.

When I load the usb device I seem to be getting drivers for imaging devices and in the gaming etc section I get a usb audio device but I'm not getting the video capture device loading in the gaming section as far as I can tell.

I have also tried loading some other software for it from the internet but that didn't seem to work either.

Any ideas or suggestions? (I am interested in video servers but I can't spend thousands of dollars per video channel for this project so it wouldn't have to be budget, only gotten $20 in donations and I've already spent more on hardware than I planned.)

Thanks,
TCLynx
