save vodcast.mit.edu QT videos to HD

hi,
this is a vodcast by mit legally allowed by it to be watched in streaming format and be downloaded(go to http://courses.csail.mit.edu/6.034s/ to verify this statement) as a podcast in itunes http://vodcast.mit.edu/6.034/Podcast...5F5F9CC4B.html . i cannot figure out the url of this movie so that i can download it to my itunes.i hav a mac machine.also do tell me the od if possible
