Computer Slow when streaming to JTV (Justin TV) w/ VLC and JTVLC

My computer CPU usage goes up to %100 and most of it is VLC. The video just displays one frame and the audio plays with some sputtering.

There are a few questions about this on the Justin TV (JTV) forums but no answers
