How to download and save flv videos on hard drive

I have been trying to download and save flash video flv files on my hard drive from http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePag...lips.php?cat=2 but have been unsuccessful. I tried flashget and free download manager software but still could not capture the flv files. I don't know if the videos are DRM protected or not. One of the video links is http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePag...ip.php?ID=3227
Can anyone play this video and help me find the best program to download and save the flv file on my hard drive?
