Is it possible remove MS(Mediashell) DRM with Fairuse4WM?

hi ,i'm from Asian! , first of all i'm very thankful to this site !
i have problem with korean DRM called ' MS(mediashell) ' (not Microsoft) it made by teruten ( made in korea ...maybe?)
it's a edu media contents ! ex) " 'bla bla'.wmv.MS "
is possible Fairuse4WM remove MS(Mediashell)?

or is there anyother way to remove this ?
