WM Recorder question: How to record a streaming lecture with powerpoint video?

I am new to WM Recorder. I want to record a streaming lecture. The lecture has a powerpoint video to the left that I want recordered too.

I know there is a mode in wmrecorder that will allow me to size the windows I want to record, but I somehow changed the setting. It seems like it will only allow me record if I have the file/url inserted. When I do that, I only get the stream, and not the powerpoint notes.

I have tried changing the various modes (ADA,WMX,PRO,URL) but can't seem to get that option back.

Can anyone help?
