.mp4 to DVD Rom Disc without DVD Burner and DVD discs

I would like to burn some .mp4 files I have in my files but I don’t have DVD discs or DVD burner in my PC, can I still do the job?

I also I have browse this software DVDFlick can be available to do the job, but can I do both video & Audio on the same software?

Note: This is going to be my first time done something like this.

So what software is the best I have browsed so many and all clam to be the best of the best.
If somebody has done this can you please share your point of view.
