recording KPFK radio show from virtuallybaroque.com website

there is a radio that i listen to after they post it online on their website. i've read some of the threads about recording live broadcast but am confused what software would allow me to capture the show from their website. they have links that send to show to my itunes and i listen to it there but it's hard to listen to a three+ hour show tied to my computer. so how do i record this to get onto my ipod?
