How to transfer iTunes music, movies and TV shows onto Motorola Droid

I just got the new Motorola Droid from Verizon and I would like to put iTunes library onto Droid to replace my iPhone. Does anyone know how to transfer iTunes music TV shows movies to Droid? I've already tried Motorola Media Link....didnt work, I also want to transfer iPod music to Droid, any help?
